Vanilla Nilla Mug Muffin Tiramisu

 2 Vanilla nilla mug muffin
 2 tbsp Strong coffee powder
 80 ml Hot water or milk of choice
 1 cup Greek yoghurt
 50 ml Pure maple syrup
 1 tsp Vanilla
 Cocoa powder for dusting

In a medium sized microwaveable round dish, stir together the coffee and warm liquid.

Pour your vanilla nilla sachets in and mix until well combined.

Place into the microwave and cook for 1 minute or until the center is no longer gooey.

Remove from the microwave and leave to cool.

In a small bowl mix together the yoghurt, maple and vanilla essence.

Remove the muffin from the dish and slice in half.

Place half the muffin back into the container and spoon half of the yoghurt mix over the top.

Dust the layer lightly with cocoa powder.

Repeat this for the top layer.

Set in the fridge for 10 minutes and enjoy !
